I think that it is ridiculous how people always have to find someone or something to blame for for their lack of responsibility.when customers call in wanting to know why they were charged more than just the 1.95 when they sighned up for money mastery,they are told that all the information regarding the trial periods and monthly charges and steps to take to cancell are in the terms in conditions.
