Signed a new contract for a cell phone. Given a mail in rebate. Mailed. 3 months later it still hasn't been applied to my account. Cell phone (sony eriksson w760) is faulty. on my second, its broken too. And they wonder why i am not so sure I want to be a customer anymore... Yet won't do anything to clear this up.
