Cox Cable raises their price and their service is getting worse. It's horrible. Channels continually freezing, breaking up, and the sound cuts out. We pay for these channels but these interruptions happen so often and at critical time during the shows we watch that I don't feel we are getting what we pay for. I mean if this was any other product or service I would expect a refund or at least not have to pay for the times I couldn't watch. Cox cable is the only cable service in town and we can not have a dish where we live other wise we would switch. Cox Cable sux!
