I think that it is ridiculous how people always have to find someone or something to blame for for their lack of responsibility.when customers call in wanting to know why they were charged more than just the 1.95 when they sighned up for money mastery, they are told that all the information regarding the trial periods and monthly charges and steps to take to cancell are in the terms in conditions. The responce is "I never saw them, they weren't there, It was hidden, ect ect ect" we hear every excuse in the book other than the customer taking responsibility and saying" Yes I did not take the time to read the terms and conditions before submitting my information..." The refund policy is also in the terms and conditions. The funny thing is that when I sighned up for this site, I found that I had to click on the terms and conditions to read the full document. I did this to make sure that I know all the info before submitting my info. SO REALLY I GUES IM SAYING QUIT COMPLAINING WHEN YOU RECIEVE A CHARGE FROM SOMETHING THAT YOU SIGHNED UP FOR BUT DECIDED NOT TO LOOK FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON. THEY ARE THERE TO LET THE CONSUMER KNOW ABOUT ANY AND ALL CHARGES,TRIAL PERIODS,CANCELLATION STEPS AND CONTACTS,REFUND POLICY,RULES,GUIDELINES,ECT. SO NEXT TIME YOU PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD/BANK CARD OR PERSONAL INFO...DO YOUR SELF THE FAVOR OF SAVING YOURSELF A BIG HASSEL AND WASTING TIME. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITONS BEFORE HITTING THE SUBMIT BUTTON. IT IS WORTH IT IN THE END.... I THINK IT IS PITTIFULL THE EXTERMES THAT PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO GO AND THE THINGS THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH. HOW CAN ANYONE LEARN A VALUABLE LESSON IF THEY ALWAYS GET THIER WAY.
