Pretends to be your best bud, wants you pay him by the hour after he tells you it'll take a couple weeks... then you realize you've seen him in your house day after day over a half year later, you find your personal items missing, he's unstable, you'll have to redo most of the work he did... mismeasurements, painted hinges, etc, he appears to drink way too much... and on the job.., and he'll make sure he's taken every last bottle of booze from your house while you're at work...
53, living in the past rock star wanna be who needs a haircut... Very smooth... won't look at you in the eye when he talks to you... and UNREALIABLE is an understatement.
You'd have be be very unlucky to cross his path...
