Winster has great games..but their site maintenance and technical problems are horrible!

Winster is a great game site, but I have never been to a site with so many technical problems. They have had years of lag (so slow that the games don't function), and now they shut the site down suddenly with little or no notice for hours everyday for "maintenance". (which never seems to fix anything, and in fact messes up what was working before) What kind of game site does this and keeps their customers??
