I purchased a mattress and boxspring at Sears, and paid for delivery. On the first attempt, they delivered the wrong sized mattress - I had paid for a double, they sent a queen. Concerned that someone else might be getting my bed, when they'd paid extra for a queen, I called Sears. They picked the bed up, but couldn't tell me when I'd be getting my bed.
