I signed up for Direct TV service And was promised HBO, Showtime & Encore free for three months. After the installation was completed I found out HBO was not activated and after being passed from one agent to another agent to another agent to a superviser and then another superviser I was informed that I wasn't eligable for HBO no matter what the salesman said.
