our modem broke it took 13 days and about 10 phone calls to Bell Canada before i received it then they had the balls to charge me for the full month of internet nice huh! on the 11th day my roommate died of massive heart attack poor guy internet was his life he was a gamer. thanks so much for the inconvience u caused our household BELL CANADA
