In November 2009I set up a business line for a NEW business, one that is not yet making an income. But a telephone and a fax and internet is a must for communication purposes and to get your business rolling. To get a discount on the account, which charges outrageous fees, you had to sign an "agreement". I got a collection letter from "NCO" Collection Agency for $57.00. I called them and they said it from AT&T "final bill" from 3 years ago. I requested a copy of this "final bill" and was told that they are no longer on file and could not produce one "BUT" I still had to pay the money or my credit would be compromised! AT&T does not attend to your telephone complaints on weekends. If your phone goes down on Friday evening, the earliest a technician can come to fix it will be following Monday. This is a virtual monopoly and they are able to stay in business because of that. My phone has gone down 3 times during the last 3 months. The technicians do not even keep up their appointment schedules. 2 out of the 3 times he came on the following ...

SUCKS COMPLETELY!!!! SERVICE FREEZES AT RANDOM. IVE HAD THE SERVICE NOT EVEN 1 YEAR AND IVE HAD TECH SUPPORT OUT 5 TIMES. AND THE INTERNET IS SLOW!!!
